Merry Christmas

There are a lot of you I've spoken to online but haven't met in person and I just wanted to wish every one a very Merry Christmas and read a poem that I wrote years ago for Christmas.

Nashville Computer Repair, Web Design and Photography

Why Pick Nashville Computer Guru?

  1. A+ Certified Technician and Microsoft Office Specialist

  2. Personal Service:
We are not your typical 9-5 shop, you can send a text at 9pm on a Saturday night and chances are you will have a reply shortly. You don’t get the run around and you’re not just another customer to deal with like the big players. You are a person whose personal and even professional livelihood depends on your computer. By the time you look up a computer repair technician and pick up the phone to call, you may have a plethora of emotions going on such as frustration, fear, anxiety, etc. I understand that and I will do my best to get you back up and running. Most companies just have you come in and pick up your computer and leave it to you to hook up all the devices and reinstall any drivers if needed, I like to bring it back, reconnect everything and make sure its working to your satisfaction before I leave. Its hard to find personal and affordable service that will do what we do.

  3. Quick Turnout:
If we can’t fix your computer onsite, we will try to have your computer back within 24 hours or at most 48 hours, time is depend on parts and if needs to be ordered and shipped in. Many clients have told stories of their computer taking weeks to be returned to them from other shops. Unlike some tech companies, I do not ship your computer away. It stays right here in Nashville and I understand that being without a computer is like being without a car for most so I aim to have it back soon.

  4. Professional & Safe Service:
250 + clients can't be wrong, from celebrities to senior shut-ins , straight to GLBT, married to single, home business to small-mid business everyone gets the same quality service. We are regarded by our clients as being a honest company to work for, something we take seriously. Our reputation is held by you. You can rest assure that your technician has no criminal background. We will NEVER lie to you nor try to sell you something that you really don’t need. In fact we have talked people out of expensive options that just weren’t right for them. We know you’re not made of money and so we can talk about options to lower you cost. We also respect your data and privacy, we have lawyers, doctors, celebrities as clients and what you chose to look at or download is none of our concern, only getting your computer back working again.

  5. A common scam by some techs is called a hard drive scam. They will claim its bad/defective, sell you a new one and reinstall everything. Making good money and then keep the hard drive and resell it another customer. We will always offer you the defective hard drive back or we can dispose of it for you.

What is A+ Certification?

The CompTIA A+ certification is the industry standard for computer support technicians. The international, vendor-neutral certification proves competence in areas such as installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security and troubleshooting. CompTIA A+ certified technicians also have excellent customer service and communication skills to work with clients.

CompTIA A+ is part of the certification track for corporations such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco and Novell. Other technology companies, including CompuCom and Ricoh, have made CompTIA A+ certification mandatory for their service technicians.

Slide show for churches or any place to bring attention to the flood victims as made for church service May 9, 2010. FYI: Not all the photos used are mine.

A must see video for those who love Nashville and was here for the flooding.

In Addition I uploaded photos that I took of the flooding here. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=211811&id=623496186&l=092dfac0cf and http://www.flickr.com/photos/tabithahawk/

Decided to scan the poem I just wrote rather then type it out so you can see my crazy handwriting. Its a deep poem but if you want to know the meaning just ask.

After a very inspiring message at church, I came home and created this graphic. As usual I put in subtle hints.
