A New York company is offering a 3,200-square-foot grassy area to rent for barbecues and other fun in the sun ... for $50 an hour. 24-year-old Jacqui Kavanagh, who came up with the "backyard time share" idea, will also rent out backyard equipment including a slip-and-slide, kiddie pool and barbecue grill.
