Add Kenny Rogers to the list of recording artists suing for unpaid royalties. The country-pop icon says Capitol owes him $400,000 for digital downloads, ringtones and other uses of his music. In his suit, Rogers claims he's entitled to a 50 percent cut from sales through sources such as iTunes and Verizon Wireless.
