Police are alleging that a Los Angeles teacher bound and gagged children, covered them with cockroaches and feed them his bodily fluids.
The teacher, 61-year-old Mark Berndt of Miramonte Elementary was charged yesterday with 23 felony counts of lewd acts upon a child. After a year-long investigation, Berndt was arrested on Monday.
