Toby Keith's mother and his siblings will receive a $2.8 million judgment against a bus company that caused the death of his father, H.K. Covel. An appeals court had overturned the judgment, but Oklahoma's state Supreme Court has reinstated it. In 2001, Mr. Covel's truck was bumped in the rear, sending him across a median and into the path of the bus, which experts concluded had faulty brakes.
