Vocal icon Whitney Houston died on Saturday. She was 48. Paramedics were called to the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where she was staying and was scheduled to attend a gala party Saturday night, but were unable to revive her. She was declared dead at 3:55 pm PT. An autopsy was performed Sunday, but the cause of death won't be announced until the results of a toxicology report are in which normally takes four to six weeks.
