GAYEST CITY: Salt Lake City Takes the Crown, S.F. Not Happy. The Advocate recently named Salt Lake City the gayest city in America and some folks in San Francisco aren't amused for the second year in a row. SF Weekly writes, "To add insult to injury, the Advocate has not only decided San Francisco is still not the gayest city, but Salt Lake City -- home of the God-worshipping Republicans, is."
