Dolly Parton celebrated her 66th birthday yesterday by announcing plans for a new theme park near the Opryland Hotel in Nashville. At a press conference, Dolly and Nashville dignitaries described the venture as the very first water-and-snow park in the United States. They plan to have it open by spring 2014. Dolly said," I live here, so you're liable to see me anytime."
