A teenager who smashed car windows and spray-painted walls was nabbed by Philadelphia police after he left a YouTube video of the whole spree. The clip, which clearly showed the face of the 16-year-old, also showed a group of kids spray painting the letters W and L -- shorthand for the local gang Wreck Locals. To further clear things up, the kid posted the video under the title "Wreck Locals [Mess Stuff] Up."
