Divers recovered another body from Costa Concordia cruise ship yesterday, bringing the death toll to at least 13, as the ship's captain and the cruise line pointed fingers at one another over who's to blame for the shipwreck. An executive for Costa Cruises, which is a unit of Carnvial Corp, admitted ships engage in what is known as "tourist navigation" in which they cruise close to the coast, but done only when safe.
