A man who filed a lawsuit after he claims he found a dead mouse inside a can of Mountain Dew got a cheesy reply from the soda maker, which insists he's lying -- because the carbonated drink would have dissolved the critter's corpse right after canning. Pepsi has moved to dismiss the suit, saying that the corrosive soda would have turned the creature into "mouse jelly" or dissolved it altogether within days.
