After more than six years since she went missing on the Caribbean Island of Aruba, Natalee Holloway was declared legally dead yesterday by an Alabama judge. Holloway's parents, who are divorced, disagreed over the ruling. Her mother, Beth Holloway, said there's a lack of evidence to prove Natalee's deceased, but her father, Dave Holloway, requested the ruling to resolve issues related to her estate.
