Officials in Illinois have given new meaning to the phrase "drive-thru restaurant" -- by making it legal for motorists to pick up and eat any dead critter they find on the side of the road. Asked if it's safe to chow down on curbside cuisine, a biologist said, "It depends on what shape it's in and how long it's been there. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
