Jimmy Fallon has no problem taking orders from women. In fact, he prefers it. So claims a fired staffer who's suing the late-night host for gender bias. In the lawsuit, Paul Tarascio claims he was canned as first stage manager at Late Night and replaced by a "totally incompetent woman" two years ago. He says other male staffers were also replaced by women at the comedian's request.
