Charlie Sheen has made a big announcement -- he's no longer a lunatic. The actor, who was promoting his new sitcom Anger Management at the FOX all-star party for TV critics Sunday, said, "I'm not crazy any more. That was an episode." He added, "I think I'm a different person than I was yesterday. Everything is a lot more mellow and focused and much more rooted in reality."
