Martin Luther King Jr. Day is today but yesterday the recently opened monument dedicated to him in Washington, D.C. Members of his family were present as the crowd sang "Happy Birthday" to the slain civil rights leader on what would have been his 83rd birthday. Martin Luther King the Third said, "We're celebrating the best of what we are, but also what we must become, knowing that we've not arrived there yet."
