The lawsuit that Garth Brooks filed against an Oklahoma hospital has gone to trial. Garth, who donated a half-million dollars to the facility, claims that the hospital reneged on an agreement to name a building after his mother, Colleen -- even after he'd seen drawings of the structure bearing her name. The hospital says that the donation was made anonymously without any conditions.
