A suburban Chicago cop is in hot water after pulling over a female motorist in order to charge her with speeding and driving while sexy. Officer Chris Collins issued a $132 ticket to Evangelina Paredes, then waited two days before going to her home and leaving a note on her windshield asking for a date. Collins said he knew he probably didn't have a shot at a hook-up but said, "The least I can do is buy you dinner."
