A legally blind 18-year-old high school student in Arkansas has managed to cut through obstacles by learning how to operate a chainsaw. When Jackson Matteri was 16-months old, he suffered from a brain tumor that damaged his vision. He says, "I was just always under the impression that blind people can't use chainsaws because a lot of people say, 'Oh gosh, you're using a chainsaw,' that's a scary thought you know."
