Disneyland has changed its strict dress code to allowing employees to sport facial hair beginning on February 3rd. Beards and goatees shorter than a quarter of an inch will be allowed, but soul patches are a no-go. The rules still also forbid visible tattoos, body piercings with the exception of women's ears, and "extreme" hairstyles and colors -- men can have shaved heads, but not women.
