Los Angeles police have arrested a suspect in the 53 cases of arson that have gripped the city -- and caused an estimated two-million dollars in damages -- since Thursday night. The suspect was identified as Harry Burkhart, a 24-year-old Hollywood resident. He was picked up early Monday morning in West Hollywood.
