Controversial North Korean leader Kim Jong Il died at 69. The North Korean leader had history of health problems, including a stroke in 2008, and he was believed to have diabetes, heart disease and pancreatic cancer, according to reports. Korean state media reported that Kim died of a heart ailment on a train. They attributed his death to "great mental and physical strain" during a "high intensity field inspection."
