The Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at the University of Vermont is learning the hard way that rape is no joke. Earlier in the week the frat was suspended after the University of Vermont's interim President John Bramley learned about a pledge survey that included the question, "If I could rape someone, who would it be?"
