Secret Santas are paying for gifts put on layaway by people they don't even know. According to ABC News, KMart says more than 1,000 such people have paid of more than $100,000 in bills. At a Kmart a man wrote a check for $15,919.61 to pay off the store's layaway items. When Kmart employees informed customers that their bills had been paid, many thought it was a prank call or a lie.
