A Colorado man who's serving 11 years in prison for kidnapping a newlywed couple is taking his former hostages to court for turning him over to cops! Jessie Dimmick wants more than $200,000 from the couple, because he says the couple breached an oral contract after promising not to turn him in for the 2009 incident in which he crashed his car into their yard while on the run from police, then held them at knifepoint.
