Chaz Bono and fiancee Jennifer Elia have "called off their engagement and are no longer a couple," a rep tells Access Hollywood. Chaz tweeted, "Thanks for your concern about our separation. I'm doing fine, and we remain on good terms with nothing but respect and affection for each other." His proposal was captured by cameras for the recent special Being Chaz.
