Mindy McCready's son, Zander, has been placed in foster care after he and his mother were found hiding in a closet in Heber Springs, Arkansas. According to NBC's Today, Mindy could eventually face federal kidnapping charges and Zander could be returned to her mother's home in Florida, but for now, she is free.
