The man who was accused of stalking singer-actress Selena Gomez has asked a judge to issue a restraining order -- against him! Felony charges against Thomas Brodnicki were dismissed last month when the court ruled that he didn't pose any real danger to Gomez, but now Brodnicki says he actually is a threat.
