Cops are looking for a Vermont woman who used a dead raccoon to repeatedly slammed against the city hall doors. The woman, who was caught on surveillance tape, dragged the bleeding, apparently dead critter onto the building's steps, then pelted the entryway, leaving it smeared in blood. She's described as white, middle-aged, with short blonde hair. The raccoon was described as ... well ... a raccoon.
