President Obama said that the U.S. war in Iraq is over, as he welcomed home the American troops yesterday at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. Obama called the end of the war "an extraordinary achievement, nearly nine years in the making," adding, "And today, we remember everything that you did to make it possible."
