NO BURPING ALLOWED - A teenager in New Mexico was hauled off in handcuffs after he burped during class PE class -- an offense that apparently marked him as a danger to society. His parents have now filed a lawsuit against the Albuquerque school system saying that the boy's rights were violated. A lawyer for the family says, "Criminalizing the burping of a 13-year-old boy serves no governmental purpose."
