A Canadian man called 911 to report that he'd been the victim of a hit-and-run -- via a shopping cart that rolled over his foot. The man called authorities in Barrie, Ontario, after he was traumatized by the toe-tapping experience in a grocery store parking lot. The woman who allegedly perpetrated the crime in question apologized, but the victim wasn't satisfied and demanded that police get involved.
